Responsible for design engineering of Engine Systems components including electronics, harness and sensor installations, and suspension and driver interface including high load metallic.

Lead a research and development study into metallic coating and heat treatment in a high temperature and vibration harsh environment. Design for manufacture ( DFM ) time critical solutions. Testing in the R&D lab including procedure and report writing for high load cycle and fatigue testing on dynamic suspension components. 2D technical drawing creation identifying BOMs and intricate assembly documentation with practical use of GD&T to the highest degree on fit critical components.
